Every time I visit my good friends in Portland, I'm blown away by the diverse selection of restaurants, cafes, and random providers of crazy delicious food. Take for example, the Waffle Window. That's right. There is a window where you can order any variety of glorious waffle and topping combinations. After lengthy and serious deliberation, we finally settled on the Razzle Dazzle (topped w/fresh raspberries, whipped cream, raspberry coulis, and lemon curd) and the Berry Bliss (topped w/seasonal freshberries). Both as heavenly and amazing as they look. However, hardly a day goes by when I don't think about the "Triple B" (w/ bacon, brie, and fresh basil) that I didn't have room for. I will have you next time Triple B!
